Hi.
Just real quick, what is the highest note on a B flat clarinet, what is its fingering, and where is it placed above the staff?

Thanks.

Why do you ask? And "real quick". What do you mean? G6 is on the fourth line above the stave. Fingering is octave key plus hole next to it plus first hole mouthpiece end plus second key from the bottom on the left. There may be higher notes but that one is the highest I know about.

Sorry about the "real quick." It's a habit I have from emailing friends. I am and intermediate clarinetist, so I don't know all of the really high notes and was just curious.

The highest written note for the clarinet is altissimo C which is 6 spaces above the staff.

http://www.8notes.com/clarinet/fingering/default.asp?notename=c7 <--that is from the fingering chart right here on this web site.

Yeah double high C is the official top. I have a fingering chart up to the F above that. I once saw a C# written in a method book exercise.
