http://www.makemusic.com/notation_software.aspx - finale software
http://www.sibelius.com/home/index_flash.html - sibelius software
^^ both softwares offer basically the same thing on their programs for composing. I find Sibelius harder to use than Finale, but that's just me. Finale offers different types of software.. i.e. PrintMusic, Allegro, Notepad, and the full version of Finale itself. I'm not sure about Sibelius, but it could be the same way.
<Added>I have a PC.. unfortunately. <Added>Where can I get the Switch software, and will it work on a PC? I'm running Windows XP. <Added>I got a recording on there... and liek I said in the details, PLEASE don't make fun of how the oboe (me) sounds.. I really don't sound like that. Honestly, I really don't.
