sometimes I just play random things with not even looking at the next note.

whenever I sight read or just play fast phrases I usually don't look ahead and see what note is coming up, i just add a finger or remove, cause i'm lost.
Sometimes I can't help but think i'm just stupid and can't read music, or I just need ALOT of practice.

Welcome to the club

At least you recognise what the problem is - not reading ahead. I occasionally look too far ahead & forget what I haven't played yet.

Scales - - I know they are boring, but play all your scales each day, just once a day is all you need. Do them slowly, very slowly, so you can do them perfectly. As you get to know your scales you can do them faster. Don't do any one scale faster than any other learn them all at the same speed. As you slowly learn them better and better you will play them a little faster each week. In a year you will be playing them as fast as you want.

By doing the scales you are teaching your fingers muscle memory. As the muscles learn the scales they will naturally play the notes you need them to without having to think about it.
