What is an "ska" Trumpeter?

Well that doesn't give me much information, now does it? That's like saying, "what's a hooplamafooper", and they answer, "someone who hooplamafoops". Let me be more specific, what is all this ska stuff about and how do you apply it to Trumpet?

I am sorry that I have confused or angered anybody by using the term "ska trumpeter".

I used it as a short-hand term for a person who plays the trumpet in a ska band. A ska band being music like Madness, The Specials, etc; music with influences from genres such as reggae and blues.
