I have been accumulating old broken student model trumpets. The Things are covered with dents, the plastic things inside valves are worn down and they didn't sound great to begin with.

After a point, some things are not worth repairing. Is there something creative i can do with broken trumpets to give them new life? Believe me, they are not going to be making any good music, it is no musical loss(i still play trumpet, just not the broken ones i seek to re-purpose).

Perhaps Flower-pots?

Yeah, I'm thinking of starting a tbone collection... my mom wanted me to play trumpet because she saw this one thing on ebay where somebody threaded wire through the tubing, set it on its bell, and turned it into a table lamp. That would make a great white elephant.
