Anyone heard about the nike malaysian imprisonment thing yet?

Well, be careful about the Nike thing.
If you decide to boycott the Malaysia thing don't hurt the other side. And what I mean by that is Nike has the left foot shoes made in Malaysia and the right foot shoes made in China. This is to prevent lots of black market shoes. So, go ahead and boycott Malaysia, but keep buying the right footed shoe.

Now the real issue:: Malaysia had some serious issues with workers for all foreign marketers. In 1997 through political negotiations there was a large change in leadership in Malaysia. In 1999, improvement in Malayasia was documented as improved. Also in 1999 Nike banned Asian factories from having their workers work on Nike shoes on Sundays. Presently, Nike is paying about $60 a month for 66 hour work weeks. This is considered the norm for this type market in those countries.

I really don't know why people aren't suposed to swear on tv or the radio. Maybe somebody will be "offended". So much for freedom of speech. But anyway, I rented "West Side Story" from blockbuster and watched it yesterday. Bernstein is complicated.

o, in keyboarding we had this thing we had to type that was hilarious... it was about a bunch of different lawsuits that were riduculous but they won... like one was about a burglar who sued a family, because while robbing their house he got locked in their garage(they were on vacation) and he had to survive on a thing of dog food and diet coke.

RCM = Royal Conservatory of Music.

They have grades for practical and theory and things.

I don't think the US has anything like that? Because here in Canada it is the main grading system for instruments.

idk if we have that in the u.s. oh well. i'm so tired today! i stayed up late reading a mystery and so ya... it's weird. whenever i read mysteries i have to read them in one sitting.
