Im looking to buy a Noblet made in France metal clarinet with a serial number of 1363, and I was wondering if anybody actually knew how much its worth because they seem to be selling it for awfully cheap. On the bell of the it looks like it says Nohlet France but they have it listed as Nobelt. I have no idea what this is so if somebody could tell me more about it or how much its worth, I would greatly appreciate it.

Why specifically a Noblet? That is a mediocre/low-end brand. If you don't know what you're doing, then best get private lessons and ask the teacher to recommend an instrument that is appropriate for your budget, skill level, and level of commitment.
