Is a 2b King trombone a Bb or Eb trombone? Is this a Tenor or regular trombone

Can anyone comment on the difference between a King 2B and a King Liberty 2B trombone?

they guy from the OTJ goes by the username DJKennedy. He is a very reputable used horn dealer as well as a great player.
the 2B is dual bore small tenor (the top tube of the slide is narrower than the bottom). no real difference between a 2b and 2B liberty, just that the names have changed slightly over the years. so really it just means one was made before the other. Nowadays, the newer ones are called 2102 for the 2b, and 2103 for the 3B.
