Held here at Kutztown University in Kutztown PA, this is an all day event. From 8:30-4:30 there will be clinics and masterclasses from our wonderful clinicians;
Mike Davis- NY Recording artist and Rolling Stones trombonist; Bill Reichenbach- LA Recording artist and freelance bass trombonist; Jim Daniels- NY Freelance bass trombonist/tubist; Rick Chamberlain- NYC Ballet Principal Trombonist

Coupled with this event we will also have many other activities to take advantage of. There will be vendors with stands set up from music publishing companies, instrument companies, and music stores to let you try out, buy and answer questions about anything you could need.

For those willing to test your skills and have the experience of doing a professional audition, we have a Mock Audition Competition. The catagories will be an Orchestral Tenor Trombone, Orchestral Bass Trombone and a Jazz mock audition. This will be seperated into highschool and college levels (depending on college participation) and winners will earn prizes and be announced before the nightly concert.

There will be a mass reading session reading for every participant and a free nightly concert with the Kutztown University opening, and then two of our clinicians Mike Davis and Bill Reichenbach will be performing songs off their hit CD`s BONETOWN and NEW BRASS!

This is not an event to miss. Pre-registration is $10 and at the door registration is $15. If there are groups that need a hotel, we can help you get a great deal on some rooms. For music educators we will be offering Act 48 credit and encourage those to bring your whole trombone studio. This should be an amazing chance to work with the industries leading musicians, be exposed to many products at the vendors and not only learn, but have an experience that will last you a lifetime. For any info or to register, you can mail me at HUSDANNY@aol.com or one of our professors here at kutztown Ruccius@kutztown.edu or call her at the number listed. Hope to see you there.
