Mouthpiece specifications

I`m thinking about getting a new mouthpiece. I`m trying to figure out whether they sell my size mouthpiece or not. How do you figure out the diameter, depth, and cup size for your mouthpiece? I`ve got a yamaha 48L large shank mouthpiece and my trombone has a .547" bore, if that`s of any help.
