I`ve recently got the master and commander soundtrack, and I love track 4. `The cucolkd comes out of the Amery`, has anyone seen the sheet music for it for violin?

Nice to know that you are a fellow musician who is trying to track the `Cuckold Comes Out of the Amery` by Eric Riegler. I am particularly interested in playing the tune on the tin whistle as I have played the instrument, as well as the piano since I was a wee boy.

The good news is that `apparantly` someone else has tracked the piece down as a MIDI file and is hand-writing the music onto manuscript paper. I think this particular woman is on www.violinist.com. More specifically the web address is: www.violinist.com/blog/Undomiel/. I am trying my best to contact her so that she could forward me details on how I can download the MIDI file myself. I attempted to register on the site, but it would not accept my hotmail address as a point of communication.

yeah, I think it wont recognize hotmail because its a free email address rather than one you pay for. I guess you could try on Outlook Express or soemthing like that. I cant believe such a great peice of music isnt down on sheet music!!

Yep that song is something of an enigma!!! I am returning to start my final year of college. I hope that my college email will be able to access the violinist.com site. It that fails then I will have to transcribe the song by ear!!

As always, good luck with tracking down the song. I get the feeling I will get hold of the music manuscript somehow!!!
