Do you mean the actual plastic part snapped, or that the tailgut that holds it up snapped?

ok, you know when you hold the violin straight up, it's the plastic part below the bridge. the plastic part the holds the fine tuners broke. The tailpiece also broke.

I've never ever heard of a tailpiece breaking - sounds like a very shoddy piece of junk, to be frank.

Still, it's easy enough to replace a tailpiece, you'll just need to order a similar one and fit it. Not difficult.
