Canada has its own (roughly comparable) copyright laws and is party to international agreements respecting foreign copyrighted material.

If the music in question here is the score of the movie trilogy by Howard Shore, various folios can easily be had legally from sheetmusicplus.com. Of course, you have to pay, but that's only fair: The composer and publisher put a lot of effort and expense into making these available and deserve to be recompensed. If everyone copied printed music like the irresponsible and criminal lot we have here, printed music would shortly cease to exist.

This music is published by Alfred Publishing, and I feel duty bound to apprise the company of this thread.
