I got this song and am wondering what level it is. (The violin part.) An estimate would be fine also.

I guess it is 4th grade or 5th as much.
Positions: throughout the fingerboard (grade 4th).
Double cross (2:02): some, but not advanced (grade 5th).
Bow jumping from string to string: some, but not fast and not high frequency.
Bow staccato: not much.
Left hand string picking: no.
I can learn to play this piece, for I learnt grade 3rd 45 years ago.
This boy plays in tune, and with good bow technique, that shows that he can play at more advanced level. This piece is too easy to him. His parents and teacher do not want him to play challenging pieces in public, to be safe.

Thanks! I'll bring it to my violin teacher soon. I'm in level 4, so I might have to learn 6th position, or around that.
