I have a antique violin, label is very faint and not readable except -------ff------ggrr---(probably gaspard duiffoprogarrad)anno 16--. It has a carved back and the tone is excellent, and great sound. The ivory carving peeled and came off, while repairing. I know it is a very old instrument any body interested in buying email me.
