I was just wondering becuase i just started violin, what price range should i be looking for to buy a good quality violin.

It depends what you mean by "good quality". My advice to beginners is always not to spend too much. You won`t know what you like yet and you yourself are going to be 99% of the problem for a very long time! Just get a basic student outfit that is well set up, this is a matter of being careful who you buy from.

I went on e-bay and bought a $70 electric violin, it is louder than the usual violins but it is really cool and plays well, I also just started but any violin is good.
