how do u play e and c naturl? is your second finger close to ur first?

What exactly do you mean? I`m not sure I understand what you`re talking about.

E natural is regular one on the D string, regular four on the A string and regular 2 on the C string

C natural is open C and 3 on the G string and
LOW 2 on the A string
