I absolutely love Sonata for Viola and Piano, by Rebecca Clarke...every violits should play it. Also the Sonata for Viola and Piano, by Shostakovich! Great stuff!

...I wonder if they have a transcribed version of Concert fur Violoncello u. Orchester by schostakovich in viola. That would be awesome.
