I want to start playing viola and I found a couple on craigslist but I don’t know which one I should go for. Do you think you can help me out?

1)masakichi suzuki - $350
"Advanced level, 16 in full size #207, two bows one is a $200 Becker, fine tuners on string, extra strings, hardshell case lined brown velvet, appraised for $950 must sell $350 firm"

2) Mozart by Meisel
16" Model 7194, bought new 2 years ago for string class. Very nice condition 9.8/10. Everything needed to get started, Viola, bow, rosin, chin rest and case. Everything seen in pics. $250.00 or best offer.
