I am looking for a broken cello or even other instruments for a theatre project. We do not need to play. Any suggestions?

People are always warning against buying e-bay cellos, because they're pieces of crap (which is why they're so cheap!). In this case, it might be one thing they're actually good for.

You could also try borrowing one from someone (check out school orchestras, maybe?), or perhaps renting one from a local music shop. They might be cheaper/easier depending on what you can find.

how broken do you need and where are you located, and when do you need it because i have a cello with a broken neck that is just sitting in the corner of my living room and i would love to get rid of it
