I just got a new cello yesterday. I figured out already where the bridge goes and stuff like that but i need to know how tight the bow hairs need to be. I can barely here the sound. Anyone got any ideas why?

sorry, looked for a while, couldnt seem to find anything that would show you the placements of ur fingers. personally, i just think that the best thing to do would be to talk to somebody and see if you can get lessons, a good person to talk to generally would be the local high school teacher or junior high school orchestra teacher. they should have several references available
