I`d really like to know the names of two Example tunes on the midi conversion page. There is a baroque tune at Example 5 and a ragtime one at Example 7. (www.8notes.com/midi_sheet_music)

Are these long-established ones that I should know, or are they original MIDI compositions? The sheet music hasn`t reproduced particularly well, and I`m interested in getting copies.
