Does anyone have any suggestions for the left hand fingering for the part where you have to jump 2 octaves, from E to E to E?

It sounds like you know the right hand better than the left. For a while just play the left hand until you know it as well as the right hand. Only put them together when you're completely comfortable with both hands separately. Good luck
