Hey Guys,

I need some quick advice.

My friends are in a band and looking for a place where they can play piano. The piano doesn't have to be anything spectacular, but they need both a piano and a place to play (indoors) for a few hours. I used to work for the public schools system here in New York City, so I figured maybe they could use a school auditorium after hours, but after researching, you need a permit for that, which takes who knows how long, IF it gets approved... :0

Sooo, I figured some of the awesome folks here might have some great ideas. Does anyone know of any free/inexpensive venues where my friends could get access to a piano for a few hours in New York City? I'm all open to ideas.
