Hi everyone!

Im a beginner looking into the market of buying a new digital piano. My budget is around £200- £300. Obviosly as a beginner im drawn to the yamahas like the P70 (I know its about £375, but its got everything im looking for!). I really want a digital piano with weighted keys that feels like a real acoustic piano.
I have seen digital pianos that are cheaper but have semi-weighted keys, would this make the transition from digital to acoustic more difficult? Can anyone recommend some good digital pianos in my price range?

Please help, im worried about spending money on a piano that ultimately wont benefit me!

Thanks Lampey1

The Yam p70 is just fine. If you find one in your price range get it.

Be aware that the p70 doesn't have quarter inch outs! Check out the Korg SP-250. Though the Yamahas really have a great piano sound for a budget. Play the korg, though. You will like it.
