When starting in the lines (first inside on bottom) it`s F.A.C.E. going up inside the lines.
When starting on the first bottom line and going up on the lines it`s E.G.B.D.F. You may remember this by remembering the acronyms FACE and Every Good Bird Does Fly. # is sharp and b is flat for each note. If it is in a key, and the staff starts out with a sharp on the F or inside the first line for example, I was told you have to play every F as sharp because of this. The notes are CDEFGABC unless it is in a key or it says to play them sharp or flat (then you make the needed changes). If I am remembering anything right, middle C will be on an "invisible line" under the line with E on it. You can go from there.

keep practising and you`ll get it!

Get a piano teacher. I think you`re going to need one. Most people do, actually.
