No software... You need a good piano teacher, and you must practise.

There is no software better than you teaching yourself. Learn all your Major and Minor scales and Arpeggioes. Learn all your chords and you can do about anything with music if you can learn to play by ear, but there is no way for someone to teach you that,you have to have
