I found it; sort of! Umm yeah, I posted a few days ago looking for "Chariot" and "Follow Through". I found chords off of Fret Play. They`re for guitar, but hopefully they`re somewhat helpful. The beginning of "Chariot" can be improvised within the key, but if you listen closely you can pick apart the intro.

The chord progression for "Chariot" is:

Intro/Verse

Prechorus
