after 2 years of playing what kind of standard should a normal person be at?

It varies with the personn if you really try, then i don`t see why you wouldn`t be grade 5 in half a year (like i am  ,so it`s physikly possible and prooved!)
But if you keep to your teachers programme and sortov train then you sould do a grade a year at leest that what people told me.....(my mum said when one trys really hard you do 2 grades a years...but now i know how much grades i can do in half a years so.....)

Right now, ive been playing piano for 14 months and the hardest piece I can play is Un Sospiro by Liszt. But there are some people who cant even perfect moonlight sonata(1st mov..)for 5 yrs. They are lazy.
