how do you play two or more notes together that are further than an octacve apart? My hand can take an octave + 1 or maybe +2 but then I cannot play very rapidly... how do you solve such a thing when it`s in the sheet music? (like an c and an e` played together with the right hand)

Try playing the notes as an arpeggiated chord. It might sound OK like that. I know how you feel though. I don`t have huge hands and i`ve always wondered how they wanted me to play that. Thats normally what I do, or just hit the melody part of the chord and improvise!
