it sounds like an arangement of some show tune, or perhaps a 20s-50s-ish love song. but I can`t be sure...

My piano team had to play this piece for a school performance last year while my friend sang the lyrics. It is a love song from a Disney cartoon An American Tail: Fievel Goes West. The name of the song is SOMEWHERE OUT THERE. I love this song.
