Do all drummers do this?

In band the drummers are always disrespecting the conductor when she is trying to teach the band a song. They are continuously pounding out rhythms and ignore her when she tells them to stop.

So I was wondering if all drummers do this and if you have any suggestions I can tell the drummers, one is my friend, to get them to stop.

haha, our drumline is mad disrespectful.. except for the basses, because they`re basically all new to the line.. but the toms and snares.. they drum forever
