I need help can someone tell me a good website for learning notes and the parts, also which parts do you push down for what note

oops this is about the alto saxophone notes and parts

well really u can start off by buying an essential elements book from your nearest store. websites aren't as good a resource as the books b/c the books tell u not only the buttons for the note, they tell u how to improve the note and ur sound, things websites neglect to tell to begginers

besides this site these are the two sites that helped me the most when i spent hours scouring the net for information on music theory and saxophones.

finger charts ect should help you out.
if you got any good links on the subject post em please im a noob too.
