Hey, my friend Jay just published a book called "Writings For Saxophone". It's very informative and includes a CD that has demonstration pieces making use of all 12 available members of the saxophone family (soprillo through subcontra, including the orchestrals). It should be available from the Jay C. Easton website ( http://www.jayeaston.com ) very soon. It's not up yet, but definitely worth keeping an eye out for.

Correction, the book is called "Writing for Saxophones". Jay's email information is listed on his website, and though the book isn't openly advertised on the site, if you email him, he can direct you how to get it. Seriously, this book is outstanding.
