Just wondering

i just found a warm up called Tims saxaphonific warm up on google.

practice bflat and f major scales.

But what do you practice?

I just run through scales and some short songs that I know.

Long tones...thats all I have to say.

What I do is play low notes and hold them for about 4 beats and then I go to the hight note.
Like Low G to high G
and then I play some shot songs I have memorized
or if I'm at school our class does Henry's drills
