Firstly, sorry for the intrusion. I'm a Spaniard reading an English story about a saxophonist and I turn to you searching for advice. There's a sentence I don't understand and I was wondering maybe someone in this forum could help me out. It says:

"Or to that moment as we come out of the middle eight, when the band go III-5 to VIx-9 while I [the saxophonist] rise up in intervals you'd never believe possible and then hold that sweet, very tender high B-flat".
