I bought the metal Zhenghao (#8) for $25.00 and I was really surprised with its tone quality. Very much like the tone of my $150 metal Otto Link Super Tone (#7). My wife (with her untrained ears) were not able to tell the difference when I used the mpc on my Yani S992. Has anyone else tried the Zhenghao?

well the original piece was not that great actually. I was too quick to make the remark last time. I like its brightness but it was too stuffy. However I refaced it recently (DIY) and it has now become one of my favourites.
