hi im in the 7th grade and 1st chair in honor band ive been triying yo find music but i cant help me out i have loui loui its a pretty boring when you play it but oh well do any of ya know a site where you can get music

can you guys gimme the notes for harry potter? for alto

wow...from wut i`ve read..u guys are all in grade 8 in school or around that. and unless u take private lessons then i can say that u guys need a lot more work before u can say that the music u play is easy. cuz there is u can do with 1 piece. and with a grade 8 school level music education there is no way u are playing that perfect. and if u know all ur scales go learn harder ones (5-7s and etc). that still not hard enough? go and memorize them and play then at 120 beat per min.


ps. i`ve completed grd 10 RCM sax.

honor band don`t mean anything. and just a background on myself. i`m in grd 11. playing with the best band in the city. Travelled to china, and italy with them 2. play 1st alto. completed grd 10 RCM a year ago. never have trouble finding music cuz always improve on old pieces.

hey, i`m in 6th grade, goin into 7th, and I play alto. H(my band teacher) is awesome! he gives us stuff like Ocean Avenue, Hey Ya!, and Where are we runnin?. I have perfected the alto sax part for Ocean Avenue, it is pretty easy, and we started Hey Ya! at the beggining of the year. but we never really worked on Where are we runnin?. H writes all of our material, unless it is like, mass band or something.

I`m in 10th grade and where doing Duke Ellington music, Ha. But If you want free music, its going to be hard to find on the internet. Go to the store and get some. If you really like jazz music, Get the song called Take Five. That is such a good song for saxophone.

I know that it sounds really boring but sometime if you want to get free sheet music for sax. you will have to set a side about 1-2 hours and go to google and type in free sheet music for saxophones and go through the sites i know it sucks but its the only way. oh yah don`t forget to post the site that you find on the forum. oh yah I`m listening to Jimmy Buffet "I wish I had a saxophone" it rox you should listen to it!!!!

hey guys i am in 8th grade too and it gets really boring because we don`t get challenged enough. If anyone has the theme song to the pink panther i would love to receive it. And if you go on www.capotastomusic.com there are some free sheet music but they aren`t that hard
