Does anyone know how to play high pitch E and high F on the recorder?Also, does anyone have any songs to help me out with this?

high e = half the thumb on at the back, all the left hand and one and two of right hand.
high f = half the thumb at back, all left hand and one and three on fight hand.
high g = half thumb at back, all left hand, no right hand.
