I have been breaking in a Mollenhauer Canta Recorder Pear Wood with a very nice tone in a Modern Recorder .

Canta introduced This Modern wood Soprano recorder in 1999 Made changes in 2008 and reintroduced a whole line of Recorders from Soprano to Big Bass.
The word canta mean sings, the instrument itself incorporates a little bit of all the Old Masters designs in a modern Pear Wood simplistic format.
