 No...isn't that the tune to America the Beautiful? It's another song that I hear occassionally in stereotypical movie scences of the entrance of a British monarch...

Are you sure you don't have America the Beautiful  confused with My Country tis of Thee ?  The latter is the one that sounds like God Save the Queen .
