Metallica's old stuff was good. The Black Album was pretty much the last good one.

I hate most of the newist pop-rock bands.
Metallica is ok, but their new stuff is mostly remakes.
I like AC/DC.
Lynyrd Skynyrd are southern rock legends, and I'm a southern rock fan.

Although the most annoying band is Panic! At the Disco. They have terrible music. And the only song their fans talk about is "I Write Sins Not Tragedies". If you've never heard of it before, don't waist your time looking for it.

I agree that he might as well say he doesn't like any rock. but you shouldn't blame it on him liking some classical music. I playing some classical pieces, yet I have a pretty descent(sp?) taist in rock music.
