Hey guys, check out The Tea Party. I know the name sounds dumb, I said the same thing. Check them out, they are not a new band. They are actually getting ready to retire.

You are all stupid. Every last one of you. If you cannot see that the greatest band that ever was and ever will be, is Nirvana. There is no denying it. Kurt Cobain is the greatest musical genius of our time, and Dave Grohl had amazing potential as a drummer. Listening to a Nirvana song, it is impossible to say that the are not amazing, and deserve recogniton.

don`t cone into this group calling everyone stupid, have an open mind. Nirvana is great but no band can be the single greatest ever. Nirvana was and is very influential. Have a good one.

The only thing Nirvana are is the most overrated band ever, if Cobain didn`t kill himself noone would be saying they were the best band ever. Nirvana were no more then a Pixies tribute band, The Pixies did everything Nirvana did, but The Pixies did it better, and they did it first. Cobain himself admitted that they ripped off the Pixies.

You know what? i`ve been thinking, reading your messages.. So, that`s what i think. The rock music in whole(i mean everything in it) became worse with age. It was much better when the 60-80s. then more and more commercial , now they try to mix commercial music with something very very hard . it comes out not so good either! And the rock idols ar all about 40, 50 yrs old, they play also what others ask to. it SUX! Why? SIMPLE! Earlier they did music for themselves only.The aim: how to make life, people better. Now the aim: money.Noone cares about anything els. And rock became worse. Do you guys agree?

Ok maybe the 60`s - 79 but the 80`s what are you a hairband freak. was Poison and Quiet Riot your favorites or Bow Wow Wow and Oingo Boingo... What the hell are you talking about? Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine , Metalliaca`s (Black Album), Smashing Pumpkins, NIN, Marylin Manson, and countless other great 90`s - 2000 Rock Bands and some just great CD`s..... get over the f*&cking 60`s and 70`s. They are gone you freakin Hippies find music to like that is here now

ok. take Doors, Slade with its music (73-73) Alice Cooper, Iggy, Clash, Sex Pistols....There were a lot. Some just made a good music for that period of time and then faded down to more commercial. There`s no point to get angry!! Where are you writing from?

The greatest rock band of all time i think would have to be metallica look at their music. ok so i was a little dissapointed in the saint anger album, but still look at all their other albums that they have put out.

The greatest rock band ever....don`t even mention Linkin Park or Good Charlotte, they`re shyte. The greatest rock band ever is The Who, they had the greatest drummer of all time in Keith Moon, arguably the most capable bassist of all time in John Entwistle, aside from Freddie Mercury the most powerful vocalist of all time in Roger Daltrey and although Pete Townshend probably would`nt make the top 10 of greatest drummers, he certainly would for the most influential songwriters. Plus they really kicked ass live in the late 60s early 70s, Live at Leeds is the best live album around, and some of the songs they wrote like Won`t get fooled again, baba o`riley (personal; favourite), my generation, behind blue eyes, substitute, who are you, see me feel me, they are just truly magnificent songs. Other than them tho its got to be Led Zep or Pink Floyd....or Bowie, Bowie rocks

Lets not forget that there can not be ONE greatest rock band. Just like everyone can not believe in ONE GOD. My favorite band is called The Tea Party. Check them out, I swear it will not dissapoint anyone.
