years ago I used to listen to a freinds ( not the t.v. show)compilation album and there is one song that sticks in my mind. I really want this song but i havent a clue who performed it or what it was called.
all i can remember is some of the lyrics from the chorus:
"in the heat and rain,
with whips and chains"

I think it was about building a monument or tower on another world.
It really bugging me, please help.
