Try Bach`s orchestral suite in B minor. It`s got solo flute and it`s fantastic music, especially the first movement (can`t remember the name) and the super-famous Badinerie.

it depends on your skill level. i have been playing for 7 years, and i recently found an exellent piece. i would suggest the `flute concerto no. 1 in G K313, by mozart. i especially love the second movement.. it is pretty much all flute solos.. but be warned.. it is a tough one and all 3 movements add up to a 24 minute long piece.. its really fun though
