When downloading a violin/piano piece, it would be extremely helpful if the violin part could be separated. This is the case with musicnotes.com so obviously the software is available. If that is why their subscription is $5 more, it is well worth it.
Please consider adding this feature.

It`s something we`ve been meaning to do for some time. Hopefully we`ll do this soon. Any other members need that facility?
I wonder if you mean music-scores not musicnotes?
I`ll post back here if and when parts become available - I suspect we`ll add them gradually over a period of time.

Yes that will be very helpful. I get tired of only reading 4 lines on a single page while I don`t really care about the lines for the other intruments.

And... the Paganini piece for violin, Caprice No 24, can you check the PDF format of the score? the notes are not showing at all!

Eric - the Paganini seems fine here. Have you got the latest version of acrobat (see our help page http://www.8notes.com/help/ if not)
